All are old and experienced people, these people are really good at internal politics. Worst company to work, especially Indian office

1)The trust shows by management to their employees, 2) The platform they provide to learn new technologies 3) Friendly management and HR's who are always ready to help their colleagues 4) Global exposure 5)Management is always open for new ideas, if you have an idea you can even discuss it with CEO, it will be listened and respected. 6) you can always have fun in work when there is less or no work.

Dislikes

Nothing...... when you leave the company and start reviewing the time spent in VCLS, you will not find any complains...... it is a very good company with good leaders and HR's.
