Worst company ever I have worked in!

Everything! Starting from management to the people who manages the teams! I was laid off without any compensation and was not even given the last month's salary which I worked and I had to send the laptop (which was a used one and faulty too when I first received it) back to them on my own expense.

It's a very good organization to start with. Salary is basic however, if you are looking for job security and peace of mind will recommend VOIS. Also get more details about the profile and dept you will be joining before you join.

I learned a lot from here. If you can work here more than a year then you can survive anywhere. They used to provide one side transportation. Infrastructure probably may not meet your expectations. Work life is not that good. You will notice if you had some past experience. However staff is very good here if work for some time you will know they all very supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Salary is the only thing which keep us good at what we are doing. Here salary is not good and you can compare it with other companies. Don’t give too much valuable time here because at some point you will realise it was worthless and company don’t even care about it. Getting appraisal here is something like dream come true. You can ask someone from this company who have been working more 10 years here. Every person is amazing and very helpful. I wish company policies would be more better. And important thing if you are planning to leave please take your pending leaves because they will not pay for pending leaves 😉

Vodafone can’t provide better broadband services to their customers for which cx will give you negative feedback and will call you back again again as they can’t fix their customers issue before 48 hours and it impacts adviser score and then they will put their employees in PIP and after 3 month’s they will kick you out

Their services are pathetic for the cx fro which cx will give you negative marks and then you will be kicked off from the company.
