Fresher Don't join. This company Lacks in Skill development and learning. Other MNC like Cognizant is far better in providing Skill development. There is no Job security for GET. This year they laid off more than 120 GET without proper reason.

Salary is deployed punctually. Work culture is good. Seniors and managers are honest about the role you're put in.

Dislikes

Rotational shifts are implemented which cause disruption in work-life balance. Tools are outdated. Not a good company to start as a fresher because of niche learning. Development roles are difficult to obtain.

There will be job security and work life balance is also there. Policies are very good. No work load because they hire people more than required.

... working there since 2017, I did join the company with campus recruitment drive. After 4 years I was expecting raise in package and designation but there wasn't any as expected. At that time some new experienced people joined my team with very high package who even don't know anything about the work that they have to do even telling them the same thing 3 4 times. This really discourage someone who is already working in organisation for years with same package but with more tasks and responsibilities and new joinees are just like in their honeymoon period. They don't even care about their work. This culture should be improved.

Not as such in my 7 year experience Intial proving skill with mgmt is necessary for long run Year payment of variable pay

Work life balance, job security, learning and development is good, colleagues are good. Very good company with few narcissistic bosses.

Dislikes

Only CA is getting promoted, Pathetic Promotions, Bias management will take out work from one and pay to their favourite in appraisals. Senior managements fixes all promotions and appraisal as per their favourites. Less leaders and more bosses
