I learned a lot from here. If you can work here more than a year then you can survive anywhere. They used to provide one side transportation. Infrastructure probably may not meet your expectations. Work life is not that good. You will notice if you had some past experience. However staff is very good here if work for some time you will know they all very supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

Salary is the only thing which keep us good at what we are doing. Here salary is not good and you can compare it with other companies. Don’t give too much valuable time here because at some point you will realise it was worthless and company don’t even care about it. Getting appraisal here is something like dream come true. You can ask someone from this company who have been working more 10 years here. Every person is amazing and very helpful. I wish company policies would be more better. And important thing if you are planning to leave please take your pending leaves because they will not pay for pending leaves 😉

Good company culture VOIS actually care about employees WFH option available for few teams. I had complete remote working option since lockdown. Internal job posting is available. I have seen many of my colleagues moving internally. Very professional as well as supportive managers Yearly bonus

Probably the salary range can be increased based on current market. Also yearly hike.

There will be job security and work life balance is also there. Policies are very good. No work load because they hire people more than required.

... working there since 2017, I did join the company with campus recruitment drive. After 4 years I was expecting raise in package and designation but there wasn't any as expected. At that time some new experienced people joined my team with very high package who even don't know anything about the work that they have to do even telling them the same thing 3 4 times. This really discourage someone who is already working in organisation for years with same package but with more tasks and responsibilities and new joinees are just like in their honeymoon period. They don't even care about their work. This culture should be improved.

Only CA is getting promoted, Pathetic Promotions, Bias management will take out work from one and pay to their favourite in appraisals. Senior managements fixes all promotions and appraisal as per their favourites. Less leaders and more bosses
