Less pay than market.
Lot of internal politics.
No opportunity to grow.
Most of the project are of support and maintenance only.
Senior peoples don't have any ambition to grow or let grow the juniors.
Leadership needs lot of improvement.
Need to have genuine technically knowledgeable people to be appointed on senior posts.
Currently most of the senior folks lacks the maturity and knowledge as well.
Don't join this org, specifically team of Rakesh and Rehan. Very immature and politics oriented people. They don't have any technical knowledge at all and professionalism is way out of the picture.

Only CA is getting promoted, Pathetic Promotions, Bias management will take out work from one and pay to their favourite in appraisals. Senior managements fixes all promotions and appraisal as per their favourites. Less leaders and more bosses
No job security, usually you join for one project , u work on different project. Thing keep changing on top level, line manager usually don't have any long term vision for team. Very less chance for internal hiering, for internal job you need setting or they have strict criteria same like external candidates. So no opportunity to work on different technologies.

Fresher Don't join. This company Lacks in Skill development and learning. Other MNC like Cognizant is far better in providing Skill development. There is no Job security for GET. This year they laid off more than 120 GET without proper reason.
