Work Culture is excellent a proper work life balance. Managers are very friendly and accommodating for new ideas and improvement.

Nothing much just too say but can improve on salary part and incentives

Work life balance, job security, learning and development is good, colleagues are good. Very good company with few narcissistic bosses.

Only CA is getting promoted, Pathetic Promotions, Bias management will take out work from one and pay to their favourite in appraisals. Senior managements fixes all promotions and appraisal as per their favourites. Less leaders and more bosses

Brand value of an MNC, Salary is at Par with Market, Employee policies at Global level are good, Did not lay off during Covid...thats great think to consider.

Not good management, Learning is not much focused on, Okeish Work life balance, Monotis Job,

There will be job security and work life balance is also there. Policies are very good. No work load because they hire people more than required.

... working there since 2017, I did join the company with campus recruitment drive. After 4 years I was expecting raise in package and designation but there wasn't any as expected. At that time some new experienced people joined my team with very high package who even don't know anything about the work that they have to do even telling them the same thing 3 4 times. This really discourage someone who is already working in organisation for years with same package but with more tasks and responsibilities and new joinees are just like in their honeymoon period. They don't even care about their work. This culture should be improved.
