Vodafone is a very good company to work with if you are looking for a good package they offered good incentive as well and career growth is also good if you are talented enough to crack the IJP

They just show you how justified the management is however when you actually start working the company never listens to an employee . Thr is always issues with break you need to go for lunch or dinner break alone that too by asking them sometimes u can’t take break for 2/3 hours. They do listen to female employee. Managers pass cheap comments and get rude with employee. They ask employee to follow code of conduct wherein managers itself take ghutkas n ol on floor. They do not care abt employee once on floor

...really really admire him a lot. I am looking forward to learn much more things. Vodafone offers really good package. I am very happy with my work. :)

Dislikes

There are some people in the company who tries to bully freshers but nevermind. When you have self-confidence, a really helping manager and a lovely team, I believe nobody can bully or harm you.

Employee are very friendly and supportive, salary is good as per position correct place for knowledge enhancement, working culture is excellent..

No such dislike is there only career growth is not up to the mark..

They rob money from employees and they are bias and also they don't have any ethics towards the employees.

Vodafone as a company is good but the management is pathetic and does favourism in terms of leaves and pay.
