People seem to be working on Teams and Outlook only. Difficult to install new software requires a chain of approvals, difficult to learn new tech, it feels like a govt job, disappointing management, below average tech skills of employees.

Dislikes

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.
