I have not like this company.

...lls in the evening and sometimes late into the right. But managers do not value. Work is heavy and salary Is very low which is pain. Also, there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step. Salary compared with targets, today telecommunication upgrade 4G level, but Vodafone now 2G Level. Customers haven't satisfy this company. I have not any opportunity.

They give on time salary and give good perks.

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.

Distributor Next month Activity stoped but Company pressure is very Bad ..... employee salary 30 to 40% every month Must be given By Hand....MNP(PORT) pressure very Bad , Totally Very Very Very Experience Now 2years to Till Now.... 2017 to 2022 Good management team, but Now Very Bad....this is genuine Feedback next is your if you believe it you believe it then do it....

office environment is good. You have the opportunity to learn from your seniors. Good training provided

Dislikes

Their salary is paid on 15 days cycle basis. You work for a month then your salary will be paid for 15 days. Upon working on the next month in middle of the month you will receive your balance 15 days salary.

Poor management , manager is micromanaging always , salary increments are poor, promotions are given to near and dear ones and not on basis of performance or quality of work
