I have left idea cellular bcouse salary is very low and I have 4 year working this company and i have my Excellent performance month of month but not growth careers not good Appraisal.

...s occurred....if I talk about job job security Vodafone is best place to work...i am earning good salary and every month getting better increment...i was getting better traveling allowances..if you want to sustain in Vodafone company you need innovation in each and every paramitor ....

Whatever the claim and money to paid is not in time or delay...presure is to high..

Less work, so less pressure, work-life balance. Salary offered is decent at all levels.

Dislikes

People seem to be working on Teams and Outlook only. Difficult to install new software requires a chain of approvals, difficult to learn new tech, it feels like a govt job, disappointing management, below average tech skills of employees.

There way of working,put alot of pressure,just do work work , there is no balance in personal life there,There is no extra support for any complaint related to employees
