1.only job security only for onroll person

Dislikes

...ing favouritism towards north state people 3.notice period for onroll 90days 4.for salary hike kind of things never will be implemented based on work 5. Low salary scale person may leave company because they never try to increase pay scale of employee when discussion arraises 6.night shift allowances just 200 7.Never try to teach other employee when issue arraises

1.No benefit for employee about Salary 2. In notice period not give for PLA this is worst rule(actually i was submitted in resignation April,29,2023 in my last working day July,26,2023 so im not eligible PLA but march 31,2023 academic year completed my performance calculated already then why not provide in my PLA,second point if i was put resignation already your point of view im not eligiple PLA mean why detect in my PLA amount?) 3. Increment not benefit those who are experienced in VIL 4. Need employee meeting yearly once
