That was Idea Cellular Limited which i joined in 2015 and the incentive structure was very good with the salary in it. The support of the boss was there, apart from this, the support of the beck end team and trainers was very good.

Salary is good also there is not so much work to do. Incentive is also fine. If you are fresher you can gain experience in sales.

You don't have time for yourself and have to take follow up with customer regarding sales and there service, IT issue and backend support is very pathetic so something went wrong in customer service due to IT or backend issue you have to listen it from customer. Means all responsibility is on you but not getting that much salary according the job responsibilities you have.
