Culture is not good manager always talk about sales and in name of service there is nothing and by doing such kind of efforts they no encourage there employees and name of incentive there is nothing

Team are very good and helpful,traing was good like as friendly environment, low growth opportunites, salary less but appraisal was done good because of the category . Near by store for travelling.

Now because of the merger job opportunite and there is no secure . No appraisal done on merger .

It's gud to work in Vodafone when I was working at Vodafone from 2013 to 2017. I got more experience from Vodafone. It was really gud to me working in Vodafone as a sales executive

About dislike I would say that, the salary was not gud at that time I got only 1500.it was hard to manage to work for a month.

You will get your salary on time You can complaint upper level of you are being torcher. By the manager. Action will be taken. But then you will no be able to work in store😆

I have worked here for two years. I left my job for below reason. I will not recommend to do job in VI untill you have no option for any other job. You will be forced to sim sale. If customer nis comming for sim replacement they give them postpaid number. If you need leave then you will be asked to do 4-5 sale. Then you will be able to take leave. ViI don't care their employees they just want sale and sale. No corporate party no tour no enjoyment for employees

Its a very good company to work at. The variable plan is a bonus and makes you feel the salary justified. A bit slow in reaching up high in the company, but that's okay as its possible with smart work + hard work which is going to take you places.

Dislikes

Good MNC, people who dislike would only be due to impressions about workload and growth but both could be tackled.
