...no work life balance, they always push you unnecessarily and gives you workload. They don't have any proper management, everyday they change in the process and also faced salary issue. Without reason salary used to be deducted.

Team are very good and helpful,traing was good like as friendly environment, low growth opportunites, salary less but appraisal was done good because of the category . Near by store for travelling.

Now because of the merger job opportunite and there is no secure . No appraisal done on merger .

...re troubled. There is a lot of politics, and you have to work on weekends too. After doing everything, you get peanuts in the name of salary. Very pathetic company, would never recommend anyone to join here.

Nothing bad about the co to talk about, it's a highly professional organisation. Just bcoz of the manipulative competition and errors in the earlier govt policies the industry and a world class org had to suffer.
