This experience is good for my career. Salary is coming in time,work environment is good. Overall all my journey in Idea family is mind blowing and I am happy to say that my journey in Idea is good.

Huge pressure. I will try hard to achieve the target but many times its not done,then in night manager are given class for this reason, many times concall is done even after duty time or any holiday day.

office environment is good. You have the opportunity to learn from your seniors. Good training provided

Their salary is paid on 15 days cycle basis. You work for a month then your salary will be paid for 15 days. Upon working on the next month in middle of the month you will receive your balance 15 days salary.

Poor management , manager is micromanaging always , salary increments are poor, promotions are given to near and dear ones and not on basis of performance or quality of work

Company ensure work life balance with fair pay policy. Looking at current scenario hybrid working is there

All companies have good and bad points ....here you will have standard deduction of bonus from your salary and paid basis on your performance and if you leave before payoff of bonus, you will not get that money

The team I work is for Ireland chat process which is pathetic. team leaders are not at all understanding and there is no work life balance. No professionalism at all. Worst environament I've ever seen. Never ever come for ireland chat process.
