...respect and it company is best and small company is lowis that matter work hard. If u work hard you will gain what you need respect is little bit low and loss of pay pattern is changed means it will use for most of the family

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that market reliable high-quality product and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.somethimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Good teamwork I have done all knowledge of telecommunication in idea good training but no job security all depends on your work and dedication but not satisfied with salary and appraisal nothing to all not for me , I meet nice people in good work environment overall all about money now days hard time to pass and strong strength have .

It was a great experience of 2years in back office.Now I m working in Vidafoneidea lmt. As a CCE. Experience as a Backend executive is much better than Front desk Executive.

Ops Managers are not supportive. They pass their frustuation on TLs and same TL pass thir frustuation on executive. Even HR is also involved with Ops manager. They never behave like neutral decision.
