In notice period not give for PLA this is worst rule(actually i was submitted in resignation April,29,2023 in my last working day July,26,2023 so im not eligible PLA but march 31,2023 academic year completed my performance calculated already then why not provide in my PLA,second point if i was put resignation already your point of view im not eligiple PLA mean why detect in my PLA amount?) 3. Increment not benefit those who are experienced in VIL 4. Need employee meeting yearly once

Actually Vodafone work culture is very nice... Because all manager has good behaviour..

I was in Business support team under procure to pay department...Actually Vodafone culture is very good but some people Nature is very pathetic nd ugly.

Best he only fore TSM nature is bakwas type tha har baar ek hi chiz me darate job se nikal dege dukti nas ko dabana only aapka ghar is pr hi chalra he har insan ka chalta he job krta banda ghar chalane ke liye hi he so pasnd ni aaya isse job chodni pdi

For Female employee the job is secured, there is no overtime of work required. Team mates are very helpful and supportive.

...Food is pathetic! The vending machine installed has expired food products in it. If you are on third party payroll, management wont care for you no hike or appraisals even after years of dedication work. Proper help was not provided in 2nd wave of Pandemic, few of the off-role employee were forced to come office in this serious situation too via management.
