All companies have good and bad points ....here you will have standard deduction of bonus from your salary and paid basis on your performance and if you leave before payoff of bonus, you will not get that money
The team I work is for Ireland chat process which is pathetic. team leaders are not at all understanding and there is no work life balance. No professionalism at all. Worst environament I've ever seen. Never ever come for ireland chat process.
