im in medical leave because serious health issue but they terminated me as reason abscond... i try to re join but they told age bar for this job and i worked 10 yrs for that company they treat me bad....

1.No benefit for employee about Salary 2. In notice period not give for PLA this is worst rule(actually i was submitted in resignation April,29,2023 in my last working day July,26,2023 so im not eligible PLA but march 31,2023 academic year completed my performance calculated already then why not provide in my PLA,second point if i was put resignation already your point of view im not eligiple PLA mean why detect in my PLA amount?) 3. Increment not benefit those who are experienced in VIL 4. Need employee meeting yearly once

The name and brand is good. Nothing else I can imagine any good thing about Vodafone.

Dislikes

Salary structure is very difficult to understand. Salary increment is very poor. Work life balance is not that much effective. Opportunities are there but only for higher authorities. Benefits were given previously and now they are reduced. Skills development, you have to work on your own. At Vodafone, you can learn a process, nothing else. Many teams are working as a mediator between customer and another teams, like POSTMAN.
