...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Well good thing about Vodafone is you met new people everyday and apart from sales you don't need much technical skills so if you are a good seller than your survival is very easy in this company.

...bout Vodafone but the whole telecom industry is worsest corporate industry ever. You will get good salary but won't get time for enjoying it even on festivals you are working. I never recommend anyone to join telecom industry. You have unrealistic target demands from seniors and also you have to listen offensive talks from company's valuable customers due to company's fault. No job security, no job satisfaction. And end of the day you will feel like you have ruined your life.
