It's has some good leave policy Salary is on time Never had issues in regards with job loss or seen any issues.job security is good

Salary is not good as per the market They can use skills and give promotion accordingly Work load can be bit tricky sometimes

The salary is always on time and you can get leaves adjusted with your week off if you are working and have good understanding with your manager

...bcp team was not able to handle the situations as compared to other companies. Only thing I like in lockdown is vssi has given the salary on time.

Though we got salary on tine but the working hours and pressure was tremendous from the higher management. We were forced to work for 12-15 hours . And we were not given over time as well. The policy and bonus structure got changed. Many were asked to leave due to reason. Most imp immature behaviour and irresponsible towards the life of employee in this pendemic

The environment and support is on top like they are ready to support you in any situation. No approval are required for leave and it can be any leave planned leave, sick leave or casual leave. Team management is 10 on 10

Appraisal are not as expectations and compensation is the only thing to cry on else everything is amazing

The work environment, work life balance, salary, job satisfaction and job securities are drastically reducing since they only focus on cost cutting now. Earlier it's been pleasant to work here but now it's no less than a BPO wrinching you like lemon to take out everything from you.
