Work from home option is available and behaviour of staff is good.

Dislikes

No job security, they don't have anything to do with emplyee benefits. They only look for ther work and layoff people after project is completed.

Amandeep sing and puneeta sing are good leaders, You can take leaves anytime and there is no strictness for breaks and work hours, if you are getting your work done.

Japanese teams and client sucks. they just keep throwing work on you not even caring about your exesting work pressure, they even mess the things up sometimes.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
