... productive. Absence of cooperate culture and no scope for growth and promotion. According to the work salary and Incentives low. Traditional way of working due to which company is in declining stage.

Great learning but nothing follows work process.

No job security. Alternate Saturday off. Too much work load. Laptop and internet not provided. Hr force for resignation at any time no warning or intimation. Web work software take automatic screenshot of your screen after every 7 minute. Web work software too much hectic. Max 10% Increment after 1.5 years for New joinee. Team lead give negative feedback to manager and hr. No any other activity. Team lead will decide your work timeline not asked to developer.

Awesome company provide best learning of api s integration, creation, to create many new features in their products frequently. Have to work on many projects. Learning for sure in this company. No politics, everyone is ready to help, you will definitely get in touch with best team leads in the world.

Dislikes

Not giving many benefits like wifi allowance, you can take desktop, but not providing laptops, although it is completely remote which is best.

This company is near to end. I don't understand their marketing policies from 16 years anybody does not hear thia company name even I also. They expect from RMs to open accounts but they have no such client base.

Team members are very supportive but the management is terrible. There is no growth. The most difficult thing which I face is you cannot contact with HR or if you try to contact on emails you will never get a reply on time Or it takes lots of time to resolve any query or issue.
