There is familiar culture, I have currently enjoy with colleague. Also like strategy, goal and salary part is very decent and Everytime training programs has organized by company for employees growth. So overall I suggest any one for join in this company.

Here is working style is good, but I think canteen management is not good.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology . I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the the night.

The product and customer base is very good. People like the products. Monthly training programs by management for all staff is a boon.

Dislikes

Salary structure, benifits, TA&DA, resources recognition by upper management is poor. The benifits to Distributor and Retailers are very less in comparison to other seed industry which pulls back the target of this company.

Not retailer focused 9. Many apps which are buggy 10. Newly implemented app is full of bugs and glitches 11. Network intensive apps that take a toll at village level 12. Rude behaviour at high level 13. Non-systematic and unstructured approach 14. Existence of bond papers 15. Many varieties are virus susceptible but not getting replaced 16. No return system of Seeds 17. Logistics and marketing is taken care of by sales guys 18. C and F guys are incapable of handling multiple distributors 19. Frequency of employee quitting is quite high causing cross-departmental strain 20. Absence of meetings for Vegetable sales guys

This company are good but if you know that work please do not join because here no increase your salary and yourself. If have experience person so note down please do join this company only wrist of your time

Are bhai sb jagah try karna lekin yaha mat karna HR team bahut achchhi hai lekin uske alawa jo bhi kam karne wale hai sb bekar hai to kabhi bhi try mat krna bs tumhara time west karna hai to join kar lena kyuki yaha increment tk nahi hota hai jo bhi starting me join karne time jo salary reside hua hai wahi rahega chahe 10 saal kam kr lo koi matlab nahi kewal experience lene k liye sahi hai kuchh bhai increase nahi hona hai Mai production me durgesh singh and sujeet singh ke under me tha do saal meri salary kewal 123 ru bs increase huyi jabki maine lockdown me bhi risk leke kam kiya tha ab baki sb apke upar hai
