... compensation/bonus , for 1year we got good projects they have given good bonus. Next year project is less so no bonus.

Happy and excited to share that I have joined VNB Consulting as Developer! Grateful for the support of VNB HR and IT Team, for their guidance throughout the joining and onboarding process. Looking forward to this journey of learning along with contributing best to my capabilities. I feel this is the best place to start your career in IT (as a fresher), initially a fresher will come across an ITP training program for 9-12 weeks, where you will get exposed to new technologies. Overall, the best place to have a great learning experience and implement the same in a project.
