Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Able to explore different job areas which indirectly upskills the employee.

Dislikes

As per my experience, a company is made by its employees which is totally unexpected here...the so-called sales coordinator is nonsense and stupid here....she always ate the job of a genuine, talented and hardworking employee...she didn't know a P about PEB but reacts like she knows a lot....she never respects any senior or junior just like a street side ill-mannered....Even though there is no need of her in the company, the boss still never thought about her to replace & that's the reason the company is not growing and will never grow if she will be there.... Some Highlighted Points are: #Lack of Respect for Seniors #Undermining Talented Individuals #Il- mannered Professional Conduct I hope the Director take it as an advice so that they can make this company big with Talented Employees.
