its not a product company , its worst than services company too much of politics ,every day discussion will be only about RSU , stocks , immature idiots are in Manager position , My advice after real experience , quality of work is worst than service company you will forget all your skills .For god sake don't join seeing CTC or RSU as you don't know when you will be your last day in company

VMware used to be a great company work but since it's acquisition the culture has been different. Great tech to work. Good RSU and stock options.

...fired every quarter. It could be based on your performance or teams performance. Bonus calculation is also very brutal.

It was acquired by Broadcom. VMware is no more. All the good things are gone. Its a horrible company.

The perks and benefits are good. Good salary bracket. Lots of earning opportunities. Not sure after Broadcom, if it will remain same or not.

No work-life balance. Loads of work. Team bonding is less due to the competitive nature of the job.

VMware is an employee first company till now. Not sure what will happen after Broadcom takeover. One of the best places to work for. Great work life balance
