The company was a well established and annual bonus was more than Rs.50000 above paid to their employees. Company shutdown on June 2017, working atmosphere was good.

Company's annual hikes was not satifying to employees and company had a one client only. The management people couldn't bring another projects for company's growth.

Because we are invoved in developing precision manufacturing parts of Defence aircrafts so it is required that every person should be confident and skilled in there job to minimise errors and our company always working in this area to improve quality of products for our customers.

For doing a better projects team work is important , there should not be any controversies between employer and employee regarding any decisions if it is , that should be resolved between them in front of all then only the company graph will increase higher and higher , but in this area our company is lacking and I have not seen much improvement in this area till now.

I like the most is nothing but the management for giving continuous support in all particularly about work.. And for best employees, they support the employees to get higher education in their free time also.. Colleagues are so friendly that we got impressed to everyone about the work dedication and mostly friendly nature.. At that time, I got very much support from my higher authorities... They are very much thankful to me for my work dedication... And I love that company a lot.. I never forget in my life...

Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
