... covid (so clearly they don't care about wlb) - Anti employee company policies - Delayed salary (randomly between 7th to 14th of the month) so you can't rely on them for your monthly bills/responsibilities - Delayed reviews - Clearly partial reviews - Most outdated tech stacks for both FE and BE - Very rude management - No company vision - Not even basic insurance they give you - Fake promises of offsite, company outings - You can be a manager in the very initial 2-3 years of your career because all the seniors have left or are leaving - No learning curve (not even straight line)

...for itself and fired some of their employees who were pending their appraisal... And reduced the salary of the rest of their employees, even though there was no funding or financial issues going on internally in the company.

Vmock is a place where you would not want to step in because stepping on the morale of an employee and squeezing out their potential in a non-constructive way is their way of running the company. Being an employee, I have seen many of my colleagues undergoing unwanted pressure and breaking down in the process.

Pretty much nothing except that they pay well. But even that is not worth the time and effort you will be forced to put in.

Everything. I emphasize, every single thing. For starters, the top management takes employees for granted. You are forced to work 11-12 hour days, also on weekends, and come to office on their every whim. There is absolutely no work-life balance, you will have to reply to their emails at whatever time it may be, you will be blamed for things you are not responsible for and you will get absolutely no respect for any kind of hardwork you are putting in. Their is no human resources team, or at least no functioning human resources team, to address your grievances. But what is probably the worst is that there is absolutely no opportunity to grow and learn. You will end up doing almost a clerk level data-entry job for months before you are offered a slightly better but still a data entry-job. Save yourself, and don't join the company. Seriously, you'll be wasting a good lot of time you can put to another job where you will at least get the chance to learn something worthwhile.
