nothing to like here, doing boss ka personal work, go to bank for his wife, book plane tickets for holiday, make itenary for son ka holiday

salary is terrible. u cannot survive on this salary alone, you will have to get another job. problem is vmarsh will work u xxtraa. they say entry time is fixed but exit time not fixed u end up working 12 hours without any overtime and then u have to order and pay pay for your own dinner yeh log khana pani bhi nahu dete hain

not workers, we are treated as s l a v e s, bad salary, no freedom, no work life balance. strict timing for coming but then you work for 12 hrs and 14 hrs

u put in 100% effort for job and u gett peanut, not eveb peanuts, one singular peanut. at time of hiring they will tell you lies and promotion and increment and during time of increment they will say u came 10 mins late no increment for you.

I had a good experience Boss is a supportive person and even other employees are also supportive Work is done as a professional There is a lots of things to learn MD is a motivating to do a new things He always focused on employees growth and development. Overall it was good experience to work with vmarsh

All the teammates are motivating to each other even the boss He is also motivating the employees , for a fresher it's good opportunity to start a career from Vmarsh. Here lots of things I got to learn. As compare to other consultancy its vmarsh is the best.
