No job security at all...no salary slip provided...no holidays , no weekends.... No shift timings....login by 7 am to 9.30 pm....no incentive....no PF.... Even forcefully good rating is given by employees...

Didn't offer a offer letter joining after 2 months, no growth, you can't showcase your talent, no one respect your work and appreciate for your work. No value for quality only focused on production count

... Not even registered as Pvt Ltd, No GST number yet for VLMS GLOBAL Healthcare. 2) Salary Cycle is improper, Salary is always late 3) Poorest Management, No proper designated person. No one knows their job role at all. No proper documentation, paper work, can't even make salary slip. (ps. Need to beg for getting offer letter and salary slip) 4) Very Bad infrastructure. No proper seats to work long hours. IT is very cheap. No office space, no cafeteria, no pantry only have drinking water. 5) No work like balance. Company calls the employee anytime as per project deadline. People on managerial level or immediate supervisor doesn't have any work ethics, good vocabulary and oration skill. (If work is not done as per them they just ask employee to not to come office from next day). Shift timings are not fix, it depends on whenever they call. 6) No Project stability. This is the utmost third party company have very minimal work and sometimes no work. They do not have proper SOPs and guidelines at all. This company is NOT AT ALL FOR FRESHERS. No fresher can learn coding and gain experience in this company. High risk on Job! As this company is not a MNC many of the other players doesn't count the experience of this company. And there are many more things to say. Please think twice before joining especially freshers!

Very good and competitive work environment. The team leaders and managers are supportive. The IT department is very helpful in nature. More growth opportunities are available.
