Nothing to like about the company they cheat the employees and thier clients too by using cheap products in branded containers.

Dont give salary, incentives are not released for months even after releasing than they dont have money.No appreciation for anything you do, and have to work till midnight at month end.

During the lockdown, the company has been absolutely NO support.. No salaries since February though the lockdown started only after march 22nd.

...fts extend from 9am to 12pm. No growth in position.. No criteria for appraisal.. appraisal in salary can be anywhere between 500 to 2000 rupees.. yes you read it right.

...improve our knowledge. Rapid Carrier growth depend up on our learing capacity. Salary is best in industry and best incentives but we have to adjust with timings and holidays.

...support from seniors, politics is at its top. Work environment is suffocating. The worst thing is that you will never get salary on time, 30 days salary is credited in 60 days and that too only if you have achieved target else salary is put on hold and you have to beg for your own salary. I have worked in this company and pls I would suggest don't go for this company 🙏 In simple words about VLCC, ऊंची दुकान फीका पकवान

1. No support from seniors rather they make u feel embarase many times. 2. Salary never on time, 30 days salary credited in 60 days though at the time of interview, consultant and HR make promise that salary will be credited on time 3. Work time is very bad, no holiday
