...ees, I didn't get single penny after joining as sales head promised good packge and incentive, when you ask salary they say only do sale don't ask for payment, I have made 2 times of sale Of my salary, but still they didn't pay, April was completely all days working, there is time fix to come office but late no timing also u don't get paid, May also we did online work and sales also, lots of work pressure during lockdown also but when u ask for payment they did not paid single penny, asking to join back and then blackmailing for salary which is out right but u become begger, very cheap organization, please don't go for it, and they should be penalized to exploit employees.

Very dishonest and Cheap company don't want to pay to employees for their hard work, salary hold and cut without any reason, no time for salary, also they digested complete salary saying lockdown situation, even they were not letting u sleep, u keep working free of cost for them. Lots of politics and mistreatment, no regards for senior post as well.

It's a good experience in working with VLCC company a very huge platform of cosmetic Division each and every day is challenging .

Lots of policies management.bulk ok protocols Reporting salary is awesome but growth is dull .

There is no support during the challenging situation of Covid 19.Salary too was not paid from April 2020 till December2020...No training for future growth....No scope of personal development. .

...s resignation & notice period. They expect 24hrs*365 days working from employee.but also expect that employees should not ask for salary on time...Worst organization to work. Specially when someone is going to work on any manager post. They just hire you as a manager on paper. But your working will be totally different beyond the expectation. VLCC can be awarded as a good company for bottom line only. Can't suggest this company to my any enemy even.
