Timings are good, on what location you are working can be factor of your experience. Lajpat outlet offers more opportunities than any other institute of VLCC.

Dislikes

Growth is too slow, salary appraisal are really unsatisfactory. VLCC offers very less salary than any other institute in market.if they work on salary point, chances are higher to get a good staff or to retain a good staff for long time.

There is nothing that one can like about this company! Toxic brand to be with. They have not paid my salary yet you keep putting emails to them but no one will bother. No professionalism at all! everyone in the brand from top to bottom are liars while hiring they will show everything rosy however once you are onboard you’ll get to know it’s just talks! Won’t stick to contract either! Kindly don’t waste your efforts and time here. There are others who need dedicated people to work for them These guys are cheaters!

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
