Company salary provide on timely per month, company products was very good.

Dislikes

Company culture was very poor,and management not taking any action market feedback issue. Company manager not taking seriously employees issue.

I love to conduct counselling sessions for students, I believe that I can make a difference and help people to understand their career paths accordingly. The amazing incentive structure at VLCC helps me to keep myself motivated towards achieving the aims.

1-Salary Deduction 2-I am being designated at the post of Admission Counsellor but I have to be seated at the Reception which makes me feel bad it

All *****goes to VLCC for his five star ⭐ froudaste for his employees. NOT GIVEN SALARY TIMELY SABSE BADA FROUD COMPANY.

Product is very good quality but they don't give salary timely & not given expenses & full salary

Nothing to like about the company they cheat the employees and thier clients too by using cheap products in branded containers.

Dislikes

Dont give salary, incentives are not released for months even after releasing than they dont have money.No appreciation for anything you do, and have to work till midnight at month end.

...owards each other but again there is no proper implementation in the management. Coming to the company policies and salary is just pathetic.

1. I disliked was they are not sure of their commitment, while hiring they say something and after the joining they say something and when you try to correct them they start ignoring the matter. 2. Delay in salaries, and salaries are given to the employees as per their individual target achieved or as per the center's target achieved, that's really sad because it's difficult for the people who all are only source of income in their family.
