Well.. my teammates are good .. i didn't get any training yet .. salary is very so-so, not good appraisal.. work environment is good.. anyways I can make balance b/w work and life.. Overall, not bad experience..

Dislikes

Vlcc should improve its salary package and incentive policy for G.R.E .. and they should treat equally to everyone be it employee on higher or lower post..

Nothing to like about the company they cheat the employees and thier clients too by using cheap products in branded containers.

Dislikes

Dont give salary, incentives are not released for months even after releasing than they dont have money.No appreciation for anything you do, and have to work till midnight at month end.
