Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Company structure is good,HR is good,salary on time but ....still u can't work here if are a talented guy

But so cheap and low standard staff at ludhiana Institute,,in one word" ghatia" And management is so dumb they can't see who is working good in the favor of company,infact vlcc management have not guts to have good high quality,high standard and educated staff..

Everything. RM Tuhina Sinha is so arrogant. Behaves like she owns employees and the company. Her choice of words is so cheap, if she doesnt like anyone personally she get that employee fired by the management, she is the worst. She can make anyone lose their confidence and self respect.
