there was some good collogues,mentors who helped me alot.

Dislikes

they didn't took care of us. They just believe in their business.Till now my salary is pending but they didn't bother for that and even don't listen to any of the employee. They just need money, nothing else. They even not trustworthy because they told onething and do another thing. so poor was my situation.... most dirtiest thing is their salary system.

It will leave you to face the challenge on your own. So if you are an oppurtunist grab it and grow.

Dislikes

No pool of good engineers to grow and develop self. No HR policy at place. Terrible employee welfare.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
