Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Hi, i am working in VKC division-ii Let me tell you company is not bad at all sales pressure is not that much.. VKC as a Brand I very well known to Market...

VKC division-ii, There working culture... Creating unwanted sales pressure... Lots of traveling out 30 days 23-25 days are of traveling... No time for family.. Cutting Down Expenses after working hard in the market. Given mouth words are false.. Fight for expenses.. I just hate His RM who is always trying to escape from his roles and Responsibilities... Aagr time pe sab kuch milega toh sales ka pressure hai hi nai... It would be fun loving company. I am still working in this company...
