Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The most which i like in this company is that here any promotion is not bounded on education Qualification, personality, tenurity and other like this... If anyone have skills will definitely got promotions. Working environment is like a home and all the staff and team members are like a family member. Proper decorum, time to time enjoyment. The only one thing which i don't like is salary for support, agent can earn insentive but there is no extra earning benefits for support staff.

If we talk about job security then it is the worst company ever who never think about employees, highly work pressure for agents, Poor management and policies.

As a fresher it was very challenging to generate leads. Because it was outbound sales process and many clients was getting repeated annoying calls and I had to face 'Gaaliya' many times from clients.

Because it was not a sales process. It was like a crime. We were forcing the clients any how to make their profile on india mart platform. So many times it was impossible because clients disconnected our calls just after picking up. And team leader was threatening me to fire.
