...king capacity. You'll never get any Praise, doens't matter how well you perform. Company pay very less to a hardworking employee while they pay a good salary to those employees who pretends that they do everything and work hard for the company while in reality they just mislead the company and take a good salary for doing nothing. If you can manipulate people then only work here. Also office leave is very very less, and even in them they don't grant the leaves. Every year they cancel pre mentioned festival leave.

Very less cooperative workers and leg pulling, jealousy and bully is the order of the day at VK publishing. Unnecessary strictness and weird rules. Hr frequently keeping a watch over others from morning to evening. Forcing people to do night shift which is peculiar where people have to stay whole night till 5:30 p.m. in the evening.

You come to senses after a few months of joining VK Global Publications, since at the beginning it seems rosy and promising. But after spending some time you realise that you are working with incompetent and high on ego management. It’s not allowed to give ideas, if you give one it’s immediately trashed but after sometime maybe a month or so it’s executed with the credit will be given to favorite employees.There are a few bunch of incompetent losers who have nothing to do much and will feed all kinds of nonsense to management and by doing this they want to earn brownie points I want to name few A****t and N*****a are on the top for this. If you have a high intention of adding value to yourself and the organisation and want to grow with the organisation then this is not a place for you . They don’t want to listen and come out of the orthodox way of thinking and doing work. Additionally they are utterly disrespectful to their subordinates. When you are not being heard, not being enabled to work, not being empowered to take the smallest of decisions and treated like a door mat then be wise do yourself a favour and apply for another job.

Should openly discuss the grievances with the employees. Should trust the new employees too. Should not trust the mediators blindly. Complete respect for the CEOs and the next generation for handling women employees. All the best !
