Too casual office environment

...nd of the shift they take briefings. Most importantly salary didnt come on time.at the time of salary date we has to ask for salary then the HR and manager and client everyone plays blame game. If you want to work in a casual environment where there’s no growth and peace of mind at work then join Viztar.

Our manager cooperative behaviour

Praveen sir are very supportive but the salary is very less and they are not providing any appreciation and appraisal for the employees so that employee are not motivated but our manager Praveen sir is very supportive and helping in nature.

When I have start work in Viztar International company it was cool and going happy, but after 7-8 months there start problem in getting salary almost 2-3 months late. On 25th July 2021 they transfer me in there other company BWW GLOBAL till 31th April 2022. then on 28 April 2022 they send me mail that they have put me on bench for 3 months, means they have remove me, it ok but after that they should clear all my balance salary with them. till today they have not relist my 3 months salary and also my TDs refund is pending for A.Y 2022-2023. And when I am contacting to CEO Mr.Sachin Adhikari and Mr. Chaitanya Savant sir, they are not replying me, and now telling me to contact CEO of BWW GLOBAL company Mr.Amit Tipnis, he is not taking my call. and why should I contact Amit Tipnis sir. I have appointed by Chaitanya Savant sir. I dont know who is Amit Tipnis sir. so first company in my life getting very bad experiences.

there is no job security, work culture is work, there is management in this company.. there is no proper date for salary circle..

there is a lot of politics,.. dont give salary on time.. no increament from last 2 years. worst management

I love learning here in Viztar, this is a true place where no pressure is given on work. All appreciates agents every time. Though the leaders and other management team is polite. ❤️
