Nothing, worst company ever. Management does not care about employees, they just want their work to be completed.

Dislikes

Work culture, worst management, worst salary structure. They wont give temporary WFH in case of any emergencies nor give any alternate option, they just ask employee to the leave company

Likes

Amazing company. Pay structure is decent. Our work is well appreciated and they provide excellent perks for good work. Frequently they organize events for employee engagement activities.

Dislikes

Nothing that I can think off, but work of home option can help. But given the nature of works, it's understandable.

No Employee benefits, Team leads are very rudlye behaviour and talk very un necessarily bad words ,no promotion,no working culture,no recognition only favarism and we have only work from office, no good hikes and we have to work alternative Saturday's and if possible we have to extend our time but not giving any recognition.

Likes

We have a good exposure to different workflows, great opportunity to learn new things. The management here is very understanding and are always available to help us learn and grow.

Dislikes

The only dislike is seniors being rude and showing superiority.
