It's such a batch production company where we learnt a lot. No pressure for works and workers. Give full freedom to employees. It's a platform to get a high position in our carrier path.

There is no standard work timing for everyone. Whatever the decision taken by the seniority is the final one. Even the holidays is not the standard one. It is only favourable for some seniority. There is no government holiday.
