Dislikes

Absolutely no work life balance possible with 6 full time working days. Salary is low, and dependant on tenure and compensation of others that have worked in the company. Terrible leave structure; if you're not taking the bonus at the end of a year, you can take 15 leaves, if not, you'll pay for every leave out of your salary. No way of learning anything new. Company is stuck in its own, old ways, with no intention of making any change whatsoever.

Good work culture, flexible timing, option to work from home, supportive seniors & management.

Dislikes

6 days working, however it was well communicated during the interview process & it's ensured that candidates take a conscious decision regarding the same.

Seniors are good and support there best.

Dislikes

Do jot like the company policy.The workload is low, but there's a lot of drama. From 10 AM to 5 PM, there's hardly any pressure. But after 6 PM, the top management becomes active, and it takes until 7 or 8 PM to leave the office daily. The work pace is very slow. There's no particular staff welfare.
