Overall income is healthy here but only problem is that they give fixed cost i.e. salary part less and more variables. Variables are higher than salary here, for that its very difficult to negotiate in other company while interview.

Basic salary growth is very slow in comparison to other good companies and the leave or holiday culture isn't smooth in comparison to others. We aren't allowed to take off day continuing a holiday

Job security is great. Seniors are cooperative and will help you in learning. Incentive is great.

Dislikes

...s.(10-12hours) No personal life. You will get calls till 12am from your seniors. Salary is less as per market standard. You have to stay in the fielf always. It doesn't matter wheather its raining or cold. Sometime you are not allowed to log out if you haven't achieved your DRR. During target pressure you have to work on sunday and holidays also. And you will not get paid for that.

Poor salary, No TA and no leave during probation period which might extend from a period of 3 months to 1 year, Poor incentive structure for staffs and that too is almost impossible for a junior staff to achieve due to the target and stock issue, too much pressure and excessive annoying reporting. Quick appraisal not possible and promotion will be slower and will take long time.
