Overall income is healthy here but only problem is that they give fixed cost i.e. salary part less and more variables. Variables are higher than salary here, for that its very difficult to negotiate in other company while interview.

There's is huge incentives policies so you can earn lot of money

...all time do the political activities Only a** licker can grow in the company. They will promote and give you higher designation but the salary will be remaining same. Policies are on pepers only even higher management doesn't apply. Higher management always do the unethical activities Sometimes you have to work on Sunday also

Salary increment process is worst, ASM will get Tl's salary, ZSM will get ASM's salary package. Incentive keeps changing on lower side whereas prices are going upwards. Promotion process is also based on favouritism.

In COVID period company gave us full salary and support in your hard time . I will always remember this thing and always will be thankful for this thing.

Many times VBA problems not got solved in time and also many times VBA is not satisfied with the product that company launched.
