There is a good salary but there is no job security there is good work environment but less chance of appraisal if u working in sales department company is very innovating. I was spend good time and earn great money.

Good work experience in vivo . Through working with vivo I interact with a lot of people and develop my talking skills as well ..TL and TSM are very polite and supportive ..!

New new policy ..Not increase in salary to the experience etc ..

...Every product of vivo has something new . Hence we can sale its products easily. Of we talk about salary and insensitive, here we get more than above .

Product pricing is very high. There is no extra allowance for festivals. No sample product for sales promoters. Only higher official get samples.

...ale skill. I am not happy in my 3year job time because the company not focus me. And my joining(15th Dec 2016) salary 7000/-as par month then targate 150000/- And after three years my target 250000/month (Dp price and with out GST) and my salary 7000/- so it not provide entertainment. And all local market officers force me to resign the job. And I resigned the job because my self respect to costly and my skill to premium. Thanks.

Internal promotion,self growth and skills development and co-operative working atmosphere.

Overall income is healthy here but only problem is that they give fixed cost i.e. salary part less and more variables. Variables are higher than salary here, for that its very difficult to negotiate in other company while interview.
