...rk culture is very good. everyone is helpful. many can challenges face everyday. vivo management is good and company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year,providing PF, providing free lunch.

In this company I have 3 year plus experience but I see lot of politics and sometimes management doesn't address our issue. salary is decent but career growth is very slow.

Basic salary growth is very slow in comparison to other good companies and the leave or holiday culture isn't smooth in comparison to others. We aren't allowed to take off day continuing a holiday

I am previously working with Vivo in Murshidabad there is no working culture in here here it's lots of politics and our previous zsm interfering in personal life he is taking the things in personal way this is why I am not liking .

Salary increment process is worst, ASM will get Tl's salary, ZSM will get ASM's salary package. Incentive keeps changing on lower side whereas prices are going upwards. Promotion process is also based on favouritism.
