I am previously working with Vivo in Murshidabad there is no working culture in here here it's lots of politics and our previous zsm interfering in personal life he is taking the things in personal way this is why I am not liking .

Company employee are just like a family member and about training company will increase over product knowledge day by day salary was good and pay on time travel for meeting and visit for work working standard is good sir to timeing and problem resolved at on time so all experience was fantastic.

There's is huge incentives policies so you can earn lot of money

...all time do the political activities Only a** licker can grow in the company. They will promote and give you higher designation but the salary will be remaining same. Policies are on pepers only even higher management doesn't apply. Higher management always do the unethical activities Sometimes you have to work on Sunday also

Salary increment process is worst, ASM will get Tl's salary, ZSM will get ASM's salary package. Incentive keeps changing on lower side whereas prices are going upwards. Promotion process is also based on favouritism.
